CONSTRUCTION

Cebarco stands for CIVIL ENGINEERING BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION. It was established in 1992 with its main operations currently in Bahrain and a branch in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. It is the focal point of the KAR Group of companies and provides the following services:

  • General Contracting centered on traditional design-tender-construct methods,
  • Design and Build incorporating design and construction into one cohesive process through a single
        point of accountability,
  • Construction Management providing all technical and administrative management services, effectively
        planning and managing projects from initial bid stage through to the certificate of occupancy and
        the final closeout and
  • Property Development through land sourcing, feasibility studies, financial services, design and construct
        which can be offered as a complete package for the discerning investor.

Cebarco is part of the construction elite as it is certified by Bahrain's Ministry of Works and Housing as a Grade AA contractor and also certified against ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 Quality, Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental management systems.
